Job summary

The EDI & Integration Architect at Millennium- leads end-to-end integration across systems, overseeing Celigo integrator.io, B2B Manager, and NetSuite interactions. You’ll onboard partners, maintain partner connections, and ensure secure, reliable data exchanges using ANSI X12, AS2, and API-based methods.

Reporting to the EDI & Integration team, you’ll monitor queues, resolve complex errors, and document standards while mentoring internal staff on best practices for scalable integration

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end EDI and integration projects.
• Proven ability to evaluate integration approaches (Celigo, native connectors, APIs, file-based).
• Ability to own Celigo integrator.io and B2B Manager configurations and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration lifecycle across platforms, from design to support.
• Evaluate integration requirements and select optimal approach (Celigo vs APIs or connectors).
• Own Celigo integrator.io and B2B Manager configurations, flows, mappings, and hooks.
• Onboard and maintain EDI trading partners, manage ISA/GS and AS2 setups, testing, and cutovers.
• Maintain live trading partner connections in Celigo B2B Manager for ANSI X12 transactions (850, 860, 855, 856, 810, 997).
• Oversee AS2 certificate lifecycle management and renewals.
• Version-control the Millennium EDI Implementation Guideline and communicate updates.
