Job summary

Youth In Need is seeking an Assistant Center Manager in Missouri to lead a team of teachers delivering high-quality Early Childhood Education. You will support teaching teams through reflective supervision, conduct team meetings, and provide constructive feedback to ensure a safe, inclusive center environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or 18 ECE hours with 3+ years of related experience; CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (or related field) OR 18 hours ECE and 3+ years experience in an early childhood setting.
• 3+ years experience working with children (birth-5) and management experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with Head Start standards and Missouri licensing preferred.
