Job summary

Youth In Need, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to lead a team of teachers and deliver high-quality Early Childhood Education in a safe, welcoming center.

You will supervise staff, conduct reflective supervision, lead meetings and give constructive feedback to improve practice. Qualified applicants may have a Bachelor's in ECE or 18 ECE hours with 3+ years in a preschool; CPR certification is required. Salary starts at $47,139 per year. Qualifications

• Bachelor's in ECE or related field is required OR 18 ECE credits with 3+ years in an early childhood setting.
• 3+ years of management experience with children birth-5; Head Start/Missouri licensing familiarity preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
