Job summary

TalentKids Academy in Colorado Springs seeks full-time or part-time Lead Teacher (Level 3) with a passion for young children. Responsibilities include coordinating curriculum, daily classroom operations, behavior management, and parent communication.

Must pass background checks and have CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, with knowledge of Colorado Shines guidelines. Positions offer a competitive hourly wage, benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in a licensed or accredited daycare, childcare center, ECE Qualified Level 3 Lead Teacher.
• Coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom.
• Behavior management, parent communication, health and safety in the classroom.
• Must pass background checks.
• CPR and First Aid Certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Be familiar and able to maintain PDIS (Early Childhood Professional Development information System) records and Colorado Shines guidelines.
• Must meet Colorado minimum Rules and Regulations for Lead Teachers. Additional coursework may be required based on classroom assignment.
