As a lead, you will plan age-appropriate activities, monitor progress, communicate with families, and collaborate with your teaching team to uphold COA's Mind and Body Matters curriculum while meeting state licensing standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with required ECE coursework/credits.
• At least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare or early childhood education setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain as required.
• Must meet applicable state childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing classroom needs.

Responsibilities
