Job summary

BCF Solutions is seeking an Earned Value Program Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency Earned Value Directorate. The successful candidate will analyze cost performance data, lead reporting efforts, and ensure effective program execution with a focus on DoD Acquisition Programs.

A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preferred Master's degree. Candidates should have substantial experience in program management and possess excellent communication skills. An active DoD Secret security clearance is mandatory for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of direct experience with a BA/BS or 7+ years with an MA/MS.
• 5 years of experience on DoD Acquisition Programs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Collect and analyze cost performance data.
• Serve as Earned Value team lead.
• Oversee cost and performance reporting.
• Conduct complex studies and analyses.
• Implement financial management policies.
