Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and two years of teaching experience, or related degree with willingness to obtain ECE certificate within three years of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred or in progress.
• Background clearance, drug screening, CPR/First Aid, TB test and valid Food Handler’s Permit required.
• Trauma-informed, culturally grounded approach; inclusive practices and family engagement.

Responsabilités

• Develops weekly lesson plans and curriculum inclusive of tribal culture and core academic domains.
• Supervises paraeducators, support staff, and volunteers; leads team collaboration.
• Collaborates with specialists and external service providers to support student plans.
• Designs intentional classroom environments and outdoor learning spaces with cultural relevance.
• Upholds confidentiality and maintains professional conduct in emergencies.
