Qualifications

• Must hold state teaching certification.
• Experience teaching young children in childcare or educational setting.

• Ability to lead classroom operations and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement daily lesson plans aligned with developmentally appropriate practice and sustainable education principles.
• Lead classroom organization and routines that promote environmental responsibility and mindful material use.
• Model best practices for the teaching team and ensure high-quality instructional delivery.
• Supervise children during learning activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor exploration with emphasis on safety and development.
• Support ongoing educator growth and classroom quality through training and collaboration.
