Job summary

• Proven ability to mentor and coach other teachers.
• Experience implementing age-appropriate curricula.
• Strong engagement with families to support child development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum while accommodating each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
• Partner with parents to support child education goals.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities and partners.
• Provide outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Meet state qualifications (CDA or eligibility).
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
