Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support early childhood education at our KinderCare Learning Centers and Champions programs. You will lead classrooms, implement our curriculum, and nurture a safe, engaging environment for children and families.

Applicants should have CDA or NAEYC credentials, and a background in early childhood education. This role includes collaboration with parents, staff, and licensing bodies in a dynamic, community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multitask
• Possess active CDA credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
