Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete CPR, First Aid, AED, and Child Abuse Prevention trainings.
• Experience in childcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans.
• Create engaging learning experiences supporting early literacy, math, social-emotional development.
• Maintain a safe, structured, nurturing classroom environment.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s growth and development.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding needs and progress.
• Maintain attendance, lesson plans, and daily reports.
• Follow state licensing requirements and center policies.
• Coordinate age-appropriate classroom activities and events when applicable.
