Children of America is seeking a Lead Teacher in Clementon, New Jersey to join our team of educators serving children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.

Lead daily lessons, create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment, and communicate professionally with parents and staff while delivering Mind and Body Matters.

Requirements include a CDA or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education and CPR/First Aid certification; state licensing must be met.

Qualifications

• CDA or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education is required
• Minimum 2 years in a licensed childcare setting
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Meet state licensing requirements
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily lesson plans
