KinderCare Education is hiring a Teacher to lead classrooms, implement our curriculum, and create a safe learning environment for children. You will collaborate with families and center staff to support child development and program goals.

The role emphasizes mentoring peers, engaging parents, and upholding licensing standards while fostering inclusive, high-quality care across sites.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum per child needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for learning and play.
• Engage with parents to support child development.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners.
