Job summary

Children of America in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a School Director to lead teachers and support staff, manage daily operations, and ensure high-quality programs from infant care through school age.

You will work with senior leaders to implement COA policies, drive enrollment growth, maintain regulatory compliance, and uphold the COA curriculum across all centers.

Base pay ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with benefits and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum CDA or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of leadership experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Advanced knowledge in early childhood education.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Commitment to professional development.
• Effective decision-making skills.
• Proficient in the use of technology, including industry applications and MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must meet state requirements.

• Continuously pursue quality care through the execution of our curriculum
• Manage all day-to-day operations utilizing COA's processes, procedures, and policies
• Meet all COA performance standards in terms of operations and education as outlined in your annual budget
