Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking an Early Education Team Leader to support 2–3 classroom teams and ensure high-quality early learning aligned with NAEYC standards. You will guide curriculum development, compliance with licensing, and professional growth for staff.

Ideal candidates have lead teacher credentials per MA EEC, 2+ years in early childhood, and strong coaching, collaboration, and communication skills to foster inclusive, developmentally appropriate experiences for children and families.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and mentoring educators to improve instruction.
• Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and EEC licensing requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Mentor classroom educators with coaching and professional development.
• Develop schedules meeting Massachusetts EEC licensing ratios.
• Guide educators in age-appropriate, play-based curricula aligned with NAEYC and CLASS.
