Job summary

KinderCare is seeking an experienced early childhood educator to lead and mentor a classroom team while delivering the KinderCare curriculum in a way that respects each child’s unique needs. You will foster a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and learn, while actively engaging with families to support their child’s development.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and organization.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• 2-3 years ECE experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s in ECE preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum with attention to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child development and family engagement.
• Support center success and collaboration to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
