Job summary

KinderCare is seeking an experienced early childhood educator to lead and mentor a classroom team, delivering the KinderCare curriculum while adapting to each child's needs. The role emphasizes creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

You will partner with parents to share a common goal of providing excellent care and education, and collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
