Job summary

KinderCare seeks an energetic early childhood educator to lead classrooms, mentor less experienced teachers, and implement our curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child. The role emphasizes a safe, nurturing environment and strong parent partnerships to support child development.

Ideal candidates hold a CDA credential or pursue NAEYC candidacy, with 2–3 years of experience in early childhood education; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years early childhood education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred); meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support child development goals.
• Support center success by partnering with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
