KinderCare is seeking a dedicated early childhood educator to lead and mentor teachers, implement our curriculum, and nurture a safe, engaging classroom environment. You will collaborate with families to support each child’s development and work with center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multitask across situations.
• Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support best care and education for children.
• Support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
