KinderCare in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor fellow teachers while delivering high-quality early childhood education. You will implement the KinderCare curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and support each child's development.

You will partner with parents and center staff to meet enrollment and engagement goals, build strong relationships with families and community partners, and help drive center success through collaboration and leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English with children and parents.

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
