KinderCare in Orlando is seeking a dedicated early childhood educator to guide and inspire a classroom of young learners. You will model best practices, deliver the approved curriculum, and ensure a warm, safe learning space.

You will collaborate with families and center staff to support development, enrollment, and accreditation goals, while fostering strong community relationships and outstanding customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children’s learning and development.
• Support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community partners.
