Job summary

Reddy Ice seeks an experienced Senior Developer to design, build, and maintain CRM solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform. You will lead technical design, develop integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure CRM capabilities.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on development, expertise in Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure integration services, and strong communication skills to work with business partners and QA teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM modules (Sales, Service, Field Service, or Marketing).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Model-Driven & Canvas, Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals).
• Solid understanding of Dataverse data modeling, security roles, and solution architecture.
• Experience with DualWrite and Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps, including PCF controls.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party/internal systems using Azure services.
• Lead technical design sessions and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Manage solution architecture across environments with ALM using Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Troubleshoot performance, data, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with consultants, analysts, and QA to ensure tested solutions meet requirements.
• Stay current with Dynamics 365/Power Platform roadmaps and advocate new features.
• Support security model design (roles, teams, field-level security).
