Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory through regular counts of equipment related to orders and returns.
  • Review daily site schedules, map routes, and modify routes as needed to meet time constraints.
  • Assign delivery orders to DME Technicians.
  • Ensure timely delivery of hospice equipment according to daily routes.
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Educate, train, and coach existing team members to ensure high-quality service.
Qualifications
  • Experience with DME setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and lead a team.
  • Empathetic, patient-focused service orientation.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least three years of driving history with no major violations or accidents.
