Qualifications

• Hands-on drywall experience and proven leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of drywall materials, tools, and installation methods.
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
• Eligible to work in the US.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor crew members on job sites.
• Perform drywall installation, repair, texture matching, finishing and painting.
• Ensure quality workmanship and project timelines.
• Communicate with customers and office staff.
• Manage materials and tools inventory.
• Train technicians on proper techniques and safety.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
