Job summary

Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair is seeking an experienced Lead Drywall Technician to oversee field operations and lead our crew. You will supervise tradespeople on job sites, ensure high-quality drywall installation, repair, and finishing, and keep projects on schedule.

You will mentor crew members, train technicians on proper techniques and safety, manage materials and tools, and communicate with customers and office staff to ensure exceptional service and continued growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on drywall finishing experience with proven leadership abilities.
• Strong knowledge of drywall materials, tools, and installation methods.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
