Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair of Chicago Metro is hiring a Lead Supervisor Drywall Technician to oversee field operations and lead our crew. This full-time role requires strong Level 5 finish skills, drywall finishing, texture matching, and reliable leadership on job sites.

A valid driver's license and the ability to operate company vans are required. We offer competitive hourly wages of $30.00–$35.00 per hour, access to healthcare, a company van, paid time off, a 401(k), bonuses based on

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of professional drywall finishing and/or painting.
• Expert Level 5 finish work (skim coating, surface prep, flawless final surfaces).
• Strong texture matching across multiple types.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR per company requirements.
• Must be able to safely operate company vans and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor crew members on job sites.
• Perform drywall installation, repair, and finishing.
• Ensure quality workmanship and project timelines.
• Communicate with customers and office staff.
• Manage materials and tools inventory.
• Train technicians on proper techniques and safety.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
• Additional tasks as assigned.
