Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ drywall repair and finishing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors.
• No felonies related to violence, sex offenses, or theft.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall repairs, patching, sanding, texturing, and finishing to standard.
• Handle multiple trades including painting, carpentry, and minor electrical.
• Train and support coworkers while maintaining safety.
• Engage with clients professionally to understand needs and ensure quality.
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety protocols.
• Ensure projects meet schedules and quality standards.
• Use company software for documentation, invoicing, and reporting.
• All other duties as needed.
