Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair is seeking a versatile tradesman to oversee drywall repair projects and deliver flawless finishes for clients in SW Michigan.

You will apply patching, sanding, texturing, and finishing while coordinating with team and keeping safety at top of mind.

Qualifications

• Two+ years’ drywall repair/finishing experience.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and a customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor environments.
• No felonies related to violence, sex offenses, or theft.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall repairs, including patching, sanding, texturing, and finishing, according to company standards.
• Adapt to various job requirements, demonstrating proficiency and flexibility in handling multiple trades including but not limited to painting, carpentry, minor electrical, ext.
• Assist in training and supporting co-workers while contributing to an efficient and safe work environment.
• Engage with clients professionally, understanding their needs and ensuring the work meets or exceeds their expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, and comply with safety protocols on every project.
• Ensure all work is completed on schedule and meets company quality standards.
• Use company software for job documentation, invoicing, and reporting.
• All other duties as needed
