Job summary

IDR is seeking a Digital Web Producer Manager to join one of our top clients in Boston on a hybrid schedule. You will develop reusable Drupal components, templates, and accessible frontend features, translating designs into scalable experiences for regulated healthcare or higher-education environments.

Collaborate with strategy, UX, design, and backend teams to plan features, review code in Git, and support testing, release, and deployment. Experience with WordPress migrations and AWS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional front-end development experience.
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining websites in Drupal.
• Experience supporting WordPress websites and migrations to Drupal preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments (healthcare or higher education) is a plus.
• Support AWS-server environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable, branded, responsive, and accessible Drupal components and templates.
• Partner with digital strategy, UX, design, web production, and back-end teams to plan features.
• Create, review, document, and maintain code in Git repositories and support testing and deployments.
• Translate approved designs into scalable, high-quality website layouts and components.
• Develop and customize Drupal themes, Twig templates, and front-end components.
