Cyberdrone is expanding into the United States and seeks an experienced Head Pilot to lead safe, compliant drone show operations across the US. You’ll own flight planning, fleet readiness, aviation approvals, and safety documentation.

Based in Tampa, this hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to build and scale US flight operations, supervise pilots, and shape SOPs as the business grows. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Competenze

• Valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
• Proven UAV experience with multi-drone or swarm tech.
• Strong aviation safety, flight ops & regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to author SOPs and maintenance procedures.
• Background in aviation, UAV tech, or live events.
• Experience with waivers and airspace authorizations.

Mansioni

• Lead drone show operations including flight planning and live performances.
• Ensure FAA compliance and aviation approvals for US shows.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, flight manuals, risk assessments.
• Oversee fleet readiness, maintenance, and inspections.
