Job summary

Cyberhawk is seeking a Drone Pilot to join our field operations team, supporting UAS operations across the East Coast with a focus on critical infrastructure inspections and data capture for energy and industrial sectors. The role involves travel, outdoor work, and ensuring safe flight operations and high-quality data collection for clients and landowners.

Initial levels exist with a 45-day performance review to determine appropriate level, and an emphasis on safety, problem-solving, and quality

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate; current recurrent training.

Responsibilities

• Act as PIC under Part 107 and company SOPs across multiple platforms/payloads.
• Perform pre/in/post-flight checks; manage batteries/gear; secure data handoff; log missions.
• Assess airspace, weather, and site hazards; adapt plans to changing conditions.
• Support mission planning (RAMS), site reviews, equipment readiness, and travel logistics.
• Communicate with team, clients, and landowners; de-escalate when needed.
• Mentor junior crew as directed; uphold a safety-first culture and company values.
• Perform additional tasks to ensure project success.
