About the Opportunity

• Pay Rate: $24 per hour, paid bi-weekly, plus tips
• Type: Part-time roles, benefits not offered at this time
• Hours: Flexible start between 6am - 8am
• Schedule: Thursday-Monday, varies weekly based on business needs
• Job Site: Shifts start and end at 8901 Snowden River Pkwy, Columbia, MD 21046

Responsibilities

• Move, pack, and load customer items at their residence
• Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of Clutter
• Lead teams to complete 1-3 moving/storage jobs daily
• Use mobile app to scan and categorize items
• Maintain safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 21 years old, high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass physical exam
• Weekend availability
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand for up to 8 hours/day
• Proficient with smartphone software
• Reliable transportation
• Experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory, customer service, or general labor preferred
