Job summary

PALS OHIO, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Lead Driver to transport clients safely to and from Adult Living Facilities and other locations. You will maintain vehicle cleanliness, complete transport documentation, and report any maintenance needs.

Qualified applicants must pass the DOT physical, have a valid Ohio driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be able to lift up to 20 lbs. Flexible hours and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must pass the DOT physical.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Commercial driving experience preferred.
• Must provide auto insurance policy.
• Lifting up to 20 lbs. required.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with <6 points.

Responsibilities

• Pick up clients from Adult Living Facilities, residential homes, or other agreed locations.
• Transport clients safely to programming and back daily.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct routine safety checks.
• Handle transportation documentation and reporting of maintenance needs.

The driver will be responsible for picking up clients from Adult Living Facilities, residential homes or other agreed upon location and transporting them safely to Programing. Driver shall also be responsible for safe transportation back to the agreed upon location on a daily basis.
