Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' restaurant management experience, QSR preferred.
• Ability to work 5 days and nights/weekends, with irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coaches crew, carhops and management staff to meet service standards.
• Plans staffing and schedules; manages inventory and cost controls.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety and sanitation laws and company policies.
• Interviews, hires and trains employees; develops action plans for sales trends.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to boost performance.
