Qualifications

ABOUT POSITION

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the development pipeline and ensuring the delivery of our software products to QA and production.

You will work closely with product owners and team members to design features, decompose stories, and prioritize tasks, all while maintaining high software quality standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

MANDATORY SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Minimum of 8+ years of software development experience.

Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core.

Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and processes.

Experience with .NET frameworks and UML (Unified Modeling Language).

Proficient in building server-side applications using Microsoft technologies, particularly with Visual Studio and C#.

Strong experience in developing and managing REST and SOAP-based Web Service APIs in a transaction processing environment.

Familiarity with development environments, including IDEs, web & application servers, GIT, DevOps, unit-testing tools, and defect management tools

PREFERRED SKILLS

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with Aerospike or other NoSQL databases in distributed systems and high-volume transaction processing.

Work experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React JS.

Familiarity with messaging technologies like IBM MQ, Kafka, or RabbitMQ is a plus.

Good understanding of the latest architecture and development standards and guidelines.
