Job summary

Goodwill Visalia is seeking a Donated Goods Lead Processor to oversee receiving, inspecting, labeling, staging, sorting, cleaning and hanging donated and purchased items while performing data entry. You will lead a team to meet productivity goals and maintain quality standards.

The role requires ability to meet TAKT times, adherence to safety policies, and reliable attendance. Physical effort includes lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Elementary education required.
• Six (6) months lead experience in processing, warehousing or customer service work is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads the production team to ensure productivity and goals are met.
• Assist with the tracking, ordering of supplies, and inventory data entry.
• Clean, sort, tag and hang sellable items in a timely manner. (Must meet TAKT times.)
• Complete Backroom Audits to ensure Safety and Security goals are met.
• Apply labels to goods with accurate description and pricing.
• Support agency safety and security programs and maintain a safe working environment.
• Observe and support all Agency policies and training programs.
• Regular attendance is required to perform the essential functions.
