Job summary
EPS Corporation is seeking a Software/Application and Web Support Lead to oversee full-lifecycle support of the ARTRANS SharePoint Online environment and custom apps, spanning Tier 1/2 user support, Tier 3 sustainment, and Tier 4 development at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
The role requires 5+ years with SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Nintex, Java/Oracle, ColdFusion, .NET/SQL, and a SECRET clearance; DoD qualifications and 508 accessibility experience are essential.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SharePoint Online/web app development and sustainment.
- DoD security qualifications and certifications (Security+, CSSLP, or similar).
- SECRET clearance (final, adjudicated).
- Experience with Power Platform, Nintex, Java/Oracle, ColdFusion, and .NET/SQL.
- Experience delivering accessible (508-conformant) applications and DoD web sustainment.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 user and content support for the web environment.
- Deliver Tier 3 sustainment for custom applications and diagnose fixes.
- Manage Tier 4 backlog for new development.
- Ensure 508 accessibility compliance and deliver data packages.
- Deliver all source code and technical data under the delivery package.
