Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) seeks a seasoned auditor to lead complex financial and performance audits. You will direct audit life cycles, develop programs, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality findings.

The role requires coordinating with agency leadership and ensuring adherence to GAGAS and DISA audit policies. Applicants should have a 4-year degree in accounting or auditing, specialized experience, and the ability to attain FM Level 2 within two years.

Qualificações

• This position requires a 4-year degree in accounting or auditing or a combination of education and experience meeting the 24 semester hours in accounting requirement.
• Experience leading complex audits and applying GAAS/GAGAS standards is required.
• Must possess or obtain FM Level 2 certification within two years.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, directs, and executes the full audit life cycle for complex financial or performance audits and special studies.
• Acts as auditor-in-charge or on a team, developing programs and schedules and distributing work.
• Gathers and analyzes data, documents findings, makes recommendations, and reports on conditions affecting mission capability and fraud susceptibility.
• Coordinates with agency management to plan, execute, and report audit results; conducts meetings on areas of concern.
• Presents quality assurance reviews of project documentation and findings per GAGAS and DISA policies.
