Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading dock operations.
• 6 months experience.
• Previous experience as a fulfillment associate.
• Knowledge of warehousing procedures an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
• Strong attention to detail.
• 18 years old.
• Meet minimum hiring criteria.

Responsibilities

• Offload delivery trucks and prepare freight for storage.
• Load or unload by hand or with pallet jack/forklift.
• Use scanners to read barcodes on products and track movements.
• Verify shipping information and label freight for correct destinations.
• Receive and store inventory and update records in the database.
• Attach barcodes and finalize work orders while maintaining a clean dock.
• Inspect merchandise for damage and report discrepancies.
• Sort freight by destination and assist with dock cleanup as needed.
