We are seeking an experienced Lead Docebo Subject Matter Expert (SME) to oversee the technical administration, maintenance, and optimization of CrowdStrike's Docebo learning management platform. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless functioning of the learning ecosystem, managing integrations with critical business systems, and enabling a secure and superior user experience. As the key technical lead, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders across Learning & Development, IT, and other teams to deliver a reliably managed and high-performing LMS solution
Platform Administration & Maintenance
Lead the technical administration and system maintenance of CrowdStrike's Docebo Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organizational requirements.
Oversee system configurations, perform updates, apply patches, and conduct regular technical audits to maintain optimal performance.
System Integrations
Manage integrations of the Docebo platform with external systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO), API connections, and data synchronization efforts with HRIS, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, configure, and troubleshoot integrations with third-party applications, ensuring robust data flow and compatibility.
Data Security & Access Control
Implement and maintain robust security protocols, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance across the LMS environment.
Oversee user authentication processes, role-based permissions, and system access rights to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with CrowdStrike’s security policies.
System Monitoring & Improvement
Conduct regular system performance monitoring, health checks, and diagnostics to identify issues, opportunities for improvement, or areas requiring upgrades.
Analyze system usage metrics and provide recommendations to improve the performance and scalability of the platform.
Technical Documentation
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, integration blueprints, troubleshooting guides, and process manuals.
Ensure all documentation remains up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Support & Troubleshooting
Provide advanced technical support to end users, addressing and resolving platform-related issues in a timely manner.
Serve as the primary technical liaison with Docebo support teams, escalating system issues when vendor intervention is required.
Train internal stakeholders to troubleshoot routine issues and use platform features effectively.
Required Skills and Experience
Extensive experience administering and maintaining a Docebo LMS or comparable learning management platforms.
Proven track record of managing system integrations using SSO, APIs, and enterprise systems such as HRIS or CRM solutions.
Advanced knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting third-party integrations within an LMS ecosystem.
Strong expertise in implementing security measures, managing user authentication, and controlling system access permissions.
Hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, system health monitoring, and process optimization.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CrowdStrike’s business environment or similar fast-growing technology organizations.
Working knowledge of SQL, scripting tools, or other relevant programming languages.
Experience with education technology, eLearning tools, or content management platforms.
Proficiency in preparing and managing technical documentation for enterprise systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors effectively.
