Job summary

The Senior Motor Vehicle Technician position is located at the Fresno Field Office of the Department of Motor Vehicles. As a Lead Technician, you will perform technical work with initiative and independence, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in field office operations.

The appointment is permanent, full time, with an in-office work schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Salary ranges from $4,794 to $6,002 per month, with relocation not reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Must meet the Minimum Qualifications as specified in the Class Specification.
• Background investigation is required before hire.
• Eligibility for appointment; must take and pass examination.
