Job summary

Success Education Colleges (SEC) seeks an experienced Clinical Coordinator for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program to lead clinical education, coordinate rotations, and maintain strong partnerships with affiliated sites.

You will ensure compliance with accreditation standards, mentor students and instructors, and collaborate with the Program Director to integrate clinical and didactic components. This on-site role offers leadership opportunities in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• ARDMS Certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with students and colleagues.
• Familiarity with accreditation standards (CAAHEP) is preferred.
• Experience in educational settings or curriculum development is a plus.
• Proficiency in managing clinical education documentation and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain clinical site partnerships and affiliate agreements.
• Coordinate clinical rotations and schedules for students.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance through site visits and evaluations.
• Provide support to clinical site instructors and preceptors.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and program standards for clinical education.
• Maintain documentation of student progress, attendance, and assessments.
• Collaborate with the Program Director to integrate clinical and didactic components.
