Job summary

Utz Quality Foods in Kings Mountain, NC seeks a Distribution Warehouse Supervisor to lead a diverse warehouse team and ensure timely, accurate shipments of Utz snacks. The role coordinates with production and logistics to maintain 100% cube utilization and optimal outbound performance.

You will train associates, monitor safety and GMP compliance, and drive process improvements alongside the Logistics Manager while covering other shifts when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with logistics processes preferred.
• Forklift certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Lead loaders, unloaders, jockeys, and conveyor operators.
• Oversee inventory control for the shift/building.
• Ensure on-time, accurate outbound shipments and proper trailer/dock assignments.
• Address issues during shifts and document incidents.
• Train and coach associates on operating procedures and safety.
