Job summary

Publishers Circulation Fulfillment in Canton, MA is seeking an Overnight Warehouse Lead Driver. This hourly, non-exempt role combines warehouse duties with early-morning residential deliveries of publications, with a non-CDL requirement.

The position supports a 28-hour workweek with overnight/early-morning hours and a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Must carry automobile insurance at required limits.
• Ability to use a computer and basic office equipment.
• May be trained to use pallet jack or other warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload bundles of newspapers from delivery trucks.
• Assist in dispatching newspapers to delivery drivers.
• Drive routes using personal vehicle, covering open routes and delivering newspapers to residences.
• Other duties and tasks may be required by management.

Job Title

Overnight Warehouse Lead Driver

This is an hourly (non‑exempt) and non‑CDL position working both in the warehouse and driving residential deliveries of various publications in the early morning, third shift hours.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Unloads newspapers from delivery trucks
• Assists in dispatching newspapers to delivery drivers

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• May be required to be trained and be able to use the pallet jack or other warehouse equipment.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license in the state where residing, and automobile insurance at limits required by PCF.
• Ability to use computer and other office equipment.

Required Physical Abilities

• Able to unload bundles of newspapers (30 – 50 lbs each) multiple times on a daily basis.
• Able to operate automobile.
• Able to work in a warehouse type environment.
• Able to function at night in adverse conditions.
