Job summary

MedMark Treatment Centers is seeking a Lead Dispensing Nurse for a MAT clinic. The Nurse Leader partners with the Nurse Supervisor and Medical Director to ensure adequate and high-quality nursing coverage for all dispensing and medical operations.

The role involves timely enactment of physician orders, compliance with regulations, delegation of tasks to qualified staff, and collaboration with the Nursing Supervisor to coordinate meetings and schedules.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with 3–5 years of experience.
• Prior substance abuse, mental health treatment, or addiction medicine exposure preferred.
• HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills.
• Proficient with EMR and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure physician orders are enacted promptly and delivered to outside facilities.
• Maintain medical services compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Delegate tasks to CNAs, medication technicians, or qualified staff.
• Collaborate with Nursing Supervisor to address issues and plan schedules.
• Lead treatment team meetings and manage nursing schedules and reports.
• Review client clinical complaints and intervene in crises as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
