Job summary

Sodexo at Carroll College in Helena, MT is seeking a Lead Dishroom to keep our kitchen clean, safe, and compliant. You’ll lead by example with punctuality, teamwork, and a calm, practical approach to daily tasks.

Responsibilities include washing tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment; maintaining a clean dishroom; and supporting the team as needed. This full-time role offers flexible shifts, competitive pay of $17.00–$18.00 per hour, and a strong benefits package.

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and fosters a healthy/safe environment.
• Willingness to perform multiple duties and support the team.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment; keep dishroom organized.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour - $18.00 per hour

• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Ensure the dishroom and equipment are clean and organized
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
