Job summary

Sodexo at Bethany College is seeking a Dishroom Lead to unify the team and drive solutions in a busy campus kitchen. You will maintain a variety of kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils, while acting as the senior person, providing direction to employees within your scope of responsibility.

As a lead, you will ensure shifts start on time, collaborate with colleagues, and support client requirements. This role offers varying shifts with full-time or part-time options and a comprehensive

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
• Sweep, mop, and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
• Transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours, and some weekends/holidays. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay Range: $14.00 per hour - $17.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:
