• At least 4 years industrial R&D leadership experience.

• Lead multi-omics targeting and validation for small/large molecules and vaccines.
• Drive discovery programs from concept to candidate selection with timelines.
• Lead cross-functional, international teams to transition candidates into development.
• Oversee interpretation of in vitro/in vivo data to guide key decisions.
