This position involves overseeing construction engineering activities related to electrical and instrumentation engineering at project sites, providing technical direction, supervising field verification, and coordinating with engineering and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support development of construction engineering organization and staffing.
  • Coordinate with engineering on constructability and design issues.
  • Establish communication lines with project engineers and contractors.
  • Manage quantities, reporting, forecasting, and environmental controls.
  • Review project controls documents and develop construction procedures.
  • Supervise subcontractors and maintain construction records.
  • Coordinate with client personnel and ensure safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or 12-14 years of work experience.
  • Technical knowledge of instrumentation construction engineering.
  • Experience with inspection, certifying installations, brownfield work, and loop testing.
  • Knowledge of Indian standards, safety procedures, and project environmental requirements.
