Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Ability to pass required trainings and certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Background checks satisfactory.

Responsibilities

• Lead DSP team, coordinate schedules and assign responsibilities.
• Monitor activities and ensure policy compliance.
